Exit Success Lab is a United States Corporation subject to the laws of the United States. The United States may not offer a level of privacy protection as great as that offered in other jurisdictions. Since our servers are located in the United States, Your data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States. By using our Services, You understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of Your data to our facilities in the United States and those third parties we share Your data with as described in this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

We may use Email Marketing Services Providers including but not limited to MailerLite and Lemlist to manage and send emails to You.
We further use the services of WildApricot from which you may receive confirmation emails.
If you choose to purchase a program or Service that requires a payment or fee, You will be required to provide Us with Your payment information, including, without limitation, credit card or debit card numbers, account details, and similar data (collectively, “Payment Information”). Such Payment Information will be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use, and we do not obtain access to any Payment Information in connection with such purchases or membership subscriptions.
We offer paid Services through our Sites. We use third-party providers including, but not limited to, Stripe and SamCart to handle payment processing for these Services. We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to

These payment processors are subject to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Any information regarding identified technologies, including their capabilities, limitations, and applications, should be sought directly from their manufacturers. Exit Success Lab hereby disclaims any rights to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, patents, domain names, or other intellectual property interests of third parties.
The Services may contain links to other websites, including but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, PayPal, Venmo, and YouTube. These links and plug-ins are for your convenience.
