Exit Success Lab is a United States Corporation subject to the laws of the United States. The United States may not offer a level of privacy protection as great as that offered in other jurisdictions. Since our servers are located in the United States, Your data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States. By using our Services, You understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of Your data to our facilities in the United States and those third parties we share Your data with as described in this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Special Notice about Children

Children (individuals under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Services, and we ask that children do not submit any Personal Data (defined below) to Us. We do not knowingly collect information, including Personal Data, from children or other individuals who are not legally able to use our Services. The Services Provisors perform functions such as facilitating the Services, providing the Services on behalf of the Company, performing services related to the Services, assisting the Company in analyzing how the Services are used, monitoring and analyzing the use of our Services, and handling payment processing. The Services Providers are obligated not to disclose or use your Personal Data.

We use third-party Services Providers including Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Sites. Google shares the data it collects with other Google services. Payments

If you choose to purchase a program or Service that requires a payment or fee, You will be required to provide Us with Your payment information, including, without limitation, credit card or debit card numbers, account details, and similar data (collectively, “Payment Information”). Such Payment Information will be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use, and we do not obtain access to any Payment Information in connection with such purchases or membership subscriptions.

We offer paid Services through our Sites. We use third-party providers including, but not limited to, Stripe and SamCart to handle payment processing for these Services. We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to

We do not sell the personal information of Consumers We know are less than 16 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to the sale of personal information may opt-out of future sales at any time.
